This is a potential OMG moment... or a stupid moment

My dad showed me a Pre Uni ad in a magazine just then that had a photo of all the teachers and he asked me how many I knew. And my eyes were immediately drawn to a guy in the first row. I have horrible eyesight and recognition skills BUT that guy looks like someone I - and quite a few people - know.

Okay. I could be completely off. But. Does anyone else think that dude looks like Mr Hitchings? And if it is, has anyone actually told me that he tutors at Pre Uni? Because I think I'm imagining it out of self-conviction @_@
The lady highlighted in green is my maths teacher btw :3 I can't see the Saturday teacher though
